The final version of SunAir has been shipped to the manufacturer.  There were a few last tweaks to the board.  A few power traces were made wider.

We added circuitry that allows the SunAir board to disable the SwitchDoc Labs Dual WatchDog timer if the 5V power goes below 4.63V. This addition makes the rebooting of the Raspberry Pi (and Arduino) stop and wait for the “brownout” condition of the power system to recover (in case of a cloudy day).  It asserts a reset signal whenever the 5V supply voltage declines below a 4.63V, keeping it asserted for at least 240ms after the 5V supply has risen above the reset threshold.
